Redeeming E CREDITS

To whom it may concern,

Hello there, my name

Is Joshua Gwin, and I have flown with delta on and off for years!

My concern is this: I am supposed to have upwards of $1000+ in E credits however they are not there and they gave me a reason as to why they could not be redeemed. The problem is that I talked to a customer representative for over an hour at the beginning of this year when I needed to cancel and she assured me that I was going to be credited with the e credits. I need these e credits back in my account or I can not in good conscience fly with delta again.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I don’t know exactly which company solved the problem as I contacted Delta, Air France/ KLM and eDreams, besides Pissedcustomer, but the double amount has disappeared from my Visa account.Thank you for your help ant attention.

Hello, On April 12th I booked two seats for my wife and daughter for the flight DL140 from New York to Brussels on the 13th for an amount of $177,98. To my surprise, I have just found that Delta has charged me with two amounts on that date. The second one amounts to 84,48. As I have never accepted this amount I cant precise the amount in dollars. User's recommendation: It appears extremely difficult (impossible for the moment) to contact the company to make a claim. In fact, following my first claim, another identical amount was charged on my Visa card. Was it a mistake?

Missed flight

Boarded a plane to Georgia, it left late 40 + minutes. Plane overhead compartments were full when we loaded. The plane crew took our luggage, gave us no tags for our luggage . After the plane unloaded I ask where our luggage would be picked up at. They advised me that our luggage went on to our final destination. Having being already late we missed our flight. WELL DONE

Good afternoon
To whom it may concern,
My name is Abdelali Mouissa. I was scheduled to have a flight this morning that was supposed to depart from Rabat at 6:10am.

I arrived at the airport 2 hours earlier to ensure everything would go smoothly. The flight was then delayed for one hour and then another two hours and then it was canceled. This is a major inconvenience to my schedule. So the whole flight was told to go and reschedule the flight for another time.

I went and tried to depart on the same day but they couldnt find any openings for me. So I told them to check for any flights departing Friday. They were also completely booked on that day as well. So they kept looking for an available flight but found one on Friday the 18th.

This is absolutely ridiculous and now I am stuck in Rabat for another week. I wish to be compensated for this issue. Its not right to do this to people. I was scheduled to leave today, on Thursday morning at 6am then they kept delaying my flight then canceled it.

I am really disappointed to be honest with you.

I always fly with Air France and Delta but this year I experienced many bad things with your flights. When I was coming to Rabat from Pensacola, my flight was also delayed for a couple hours as well but I decided to ignore this problem hoping things would get better on the way back.

I have not heard anything from Delta. Very disappointed!!

On a two legged flight from Miami to Atlanta and then to Charlotte, three items were taken from my luggage: a pair of Sketchers, a bottle of Light di Gioio and a can of hairspray. I have not heard a thing from Delta.

I worked in customer service for 20+ years so I know what good service looks like. On Oct 12, 2023, two of you Las Vegas Ticket Counter Agents showed me GREAT customer service.

Derrian and Tony made the necessary changes to my flights to get me home.

My orginal flight was delayed due to weather which meant I would miss my Atlanta connecting flight. I tried to reschedule myself from the web site (which is NOT intuitive!) and I made matters worse. They fixed that, restored my Comfort+ seating (LAS-ATL), and got me on a later flight home (ATL-ORF).

They were patient, professional, and diligent in making my trip happen. While all the Delta personnel I encountered were pleasnt, these men went above and beyond to help a frustrated and anxious customer.

Please share my compliments with their supervision and with them.
