I flew October 17th on Delta to Atlanta. The baggage check...Rude. I asked the lady a question about my luggage and she got an attitude, ignored me and moved on to the next customer. On the plane they are extremley rude. My brother asked the flight attendant what kind of drinks they have and she huffed and puffed when she told him. I told her well, we couldn't hear the first time you announced it, thats why we are asking again. And she said, no one can! Delta effin ***. I am very suprised they are able to treat thier customers like this, if this has been ongoing and continued. 128ee6d

I agree. I just flew from St Louis to Atlanta and they were terrible!

I'm afraid low payed + non-union + undergoing a merger with a much better airline + questions about seniority after the merger + job security + watching CEO's get rich while a front line employee gets nothing + the general volatility of the aviation world = sometimes rude employees. Not all are bad, but every airline experiences such pains and sometimes it translates into not so nice employees. Understandable yes, but not really acceptable.

What happened to Delta? I been flying Delta since the 60's, and I never have seen so many rude people in my life. Delta employees in Atlanta need to be retrain or find another job where they don't work with the public.
