Written by chris on September 1, 2009 from new york, new york, US I'm afraid low payed + non-union + undergoing a merger with a much better airline + questions about seniority after the merger + job security + watching CEO's get rich while a front line employee gets nothing + the general volatility of the aviation world = sometimes rude employees. Not all are bad, but every airline experiences such pains and sometimes it translates into not so nice employees. Understandable yes, but not really acceptable. |
| 3. Written by Laura on August 22, 2009 from burlington, kansas, US What happened to Delta? I been flying Delta since the 60's, and I never have seen so many rude people in my life. Delta employees in Atlanta need to be retrain or find another job where they don't work with the public. |
