While I can't speak to whether or not your items were stolen, I can tell you that the moment you check a bag they are allowed to open and search them. At any time for any reason. It's the law.

Delta Airlines - No seats after payingTerrible customer service

This is the second time delta has taken money for a reservation without available seats then not allowed enough time between flights then given seats away. I am disabled and could not get off the plane jn time to go to bathroom and then get to next flight where i was not given a seat until 10 minutes prior to leaving and then the doors close and thet refuse to allow me to board. My flight cost over $1000 and the gate people were rude and called me a liar when i told them exactly how difficult this reservation has been from the start.

Delta Airlines - My experience with Customer Service was totally bad. They will not help in any way and will charge you for every little thing possible

online now I got in touch with Delta customer service Airlines. I needed to change the date to one date and per the contract I had to pay another $150 just to change my day they would not work with me and they try to give me to cancel it and were not very nice about it. Bad Customer Service. Some of the worst I have seen, right up there with ATT&T.

You clearly have no clue how busy these airlines are via phone. They get tens of thousands of calls if not more a day and can't always answer you right away. The robot you keep complaining about is only put into place because of people like you who don't understand that they are busy.

I would like to know how Pissed Consumer got the above letter which was sent to Delta Airlines. If Delta thinks it is funny to publish a private letter I sent to Delta on line then they have shown their true colors.

This level of incompetence is not surprising from the likes of Delta. So glad I have other choices now.

Great job Delta. Very professional and mature way to handle customer service.
