I was on the phone for five hours waiting to speak to someone about changing my flight and then y'all want to survey your religion as for survey when you have people on the phone waiting for five hours just for the speak to somebody I need to change that your service is very poor service customer service there is very poor

Incompetent as ever

your staff is rude and very inhumane, for I missed the most important thing in my life. I missed the funeral of my grandfather who had served in the navy and retired with a honorable discharge. I will never spend any more time being disrespected with no regard for any situations....... 12 hours and I then gave up on my traveling, for I had missed the opportunity to lay him to rest. So I was refunded and I promise I will not be choosing your dysfunctional airline ever again

Unable to reach customer service by phone.

On March 31, I made a reservation on Delta for a flight from Salt Lake City to PDX as a part of a round trip flight-- to SLC on Alaska the 12th of July and the return on Delta at about 5 pm on July 16th. Preferred solution: To talk with customer service on the phone without waiting 2 to 8 hours with the line open. Ability to write more than 333 words or whatever for my complaint. what does 100 min mean?

You changed my flight

My return flight has been changed once again with Delta. I have been experiencing flight changes and I had previously missed one of my flights because the jet Headland it late and I could not make my next flight. I would like more details for the reason of my flight changed.

Called Delta twice waited 2 hours then was disconnected, tried texting but they keep digital jerking me around. Need to change flight or go on standby, zero support, but they would sell me another ticket way over everyone else. They really have gone down hill. I went with Spirit, best deal, and they actual have humans for support.

"I went with Spirit" LOL... Yeah, they're great until they're not great.

Something tells me you haven't checked out the Spirit complaints including lack of "human" contact. Listen jelly, you get what you pay for. The low fares (or prices any business) offers do not allow for a lot of "humans." If you want more "humans" please tell these corporations you're willing to pay more for them. It's that simple.

Your desire for the lowest price has led to automation and offshore service. Blame yourself.

Refund for checked bag that should have been free

Didnt have my delta credit card with me was charged for first bag free.Just trying to get a refund. Hold times are 8 hrs which is rediculous. No option for a call back

8 hour delay

We booked the 10am flight so we could get back home into Green Bay by 11, but the flight got delayed 5 times and now we have spent 6 hours in the airport with a 6 month old waiting till 4:30 . If I wanted The 4:30 flight I would Have let my child sleep in longer and not left South Carolina at 4 am to make it to Detroit to fly out by 10am. I wont Be back in time to pick up my dogs being boarded either which will cost another $200 for the night . This is an absolute joke and I will Never use or suggest delta to anyone again . And even before I got Done typing this email we got delayed another 2 hours . This is absolutely ridiculous.

Who may concern. I need change my reservation on May 30th 2021 change date June 30th 2021. Because Im going to home with my wife. Please call me at 713-530-****. I called agent Gomez he say if Change my reservation I have to pay $500.00 When I buy buy ticket he said good for one year no penalty.

Over billed

I bought tickets for my mother and father-in-law and they reimbursed me. Then I got two more charges for $34.99 and another one for $39.99. I cant get anyone on the phone and no receipts reflect this charge.

Poor service

It would take forever to share my experience with delta today - just a few points- Spent 3.5 hours on hold with customer service - hung up and drove to airport - ticket agent rude and snippy - gate agent happened to be same person - still rude and snippy. I had called pissed off customer number and person told me gate agent would change ticket - gate agent suggested I fly another airline Next time I will!

Problems with vacation

I had to wait three hours to be checked in at the grand palladium in Jamaica Also when I contacted the delta representative to book excursions she was selling me personal items she had in her bag saying I needed them for excursion which was did not. I spent 1000.00 on the employees constantly harassing me for money telling me about their children not having food. I didnt mine helping but at the end of my trip I tallied the amount we gave it was ridiculous and exhausting. I hurt my right shin on the excursion due to a missing step I was the first one up the stairs so I was the test dummy

3 flight changes after tickets were bought

Three flight changes were made within 3 weeks of the tickets being bought. The last flight change was by 10 hours resulting in 11 hour waiting times between flights.

They changed my schedule for no reason without my permission

I booked flights and Delta emailed me back to let me know they changed my schedule and shortened my trip by 12 hours. And I cannot get a hold of them on the phone to talk to them about it, either. Not cool, Delta!!!!
