Preferred solution: To talk with customer service on the phone without waiting 2 to 8 hours with the line open. Ability to write more than 333 words or whatever for my complaint. what does 100 min mean?

"I went with Spirit" LOL... Yeah, they're great until they're not great.
Something tells me you haven't checked out the Spirit complaints including lack of "human" contact. Listen jelly, you get what you pay for. The low fares (or prices any business) offers do not allow for a lot of "humans." If you want more "humans" please tell these corporations you're willing to pay more for them. It's that simple.
Your desire for the lowest price has led to automation and offshore service. Blame yourself.
