I originally had purchase two tickets from Kona final destination LAX.

I called that morning to see if I could change my flight to FL since we had an emergency come up. The representative advised that it would be $300.00 per person and unfortunately that was out of my budget. I asked her to check for final destination Orlando and she came back with only $37.00 a person. She then Change my flight to Kona to Seattle, Seattle to Connecticut, and Connecticut to Orlando. I won't even get into how awful the flight was from Seattle to Connecticut since it is aside the point.

This morning I received an email from bank for an overdraft. Once I reviewed my transaction history I noted I was charged the $38.91 twice plus $200.00. I called about 20 minutes ago to ask for an explanation and the RUDE representative just said it is what it is. She then explained she would transfer me to another department...which was just an excuse to hang up on me. If i would have been told that it would have been more than $37.00 a person I WOULD HAVE NOT changed my flight. If you're own representative does not know to explain that fact that how was I suppose to know. I called for guidance not to be deceived or to be hung up on.

I will never chose Delta again...

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
