Delta airlines was supposed to apply sky miles about to be lost to a magazine subscription and charatable foundation for militry travelers. All we received was an invoice for the magazine subscription but no magazines.

I complained and was referred to the magazine company. Now Delta wants us to provide all of the data because they don't have it. Our computer crashed and I lost the verification email from Delta. Guess what, they don't keep records.

We have been going in circles with them on this for over 6 months.

All we get is lip service but no action. We are going to file a state attorney general consumer protection division complaint.
