Delta Airlines flight 146 from Santiago/Chile to Atlanta.Georgia on 3-9/16
On Delta flight 146 departing from Santiago,Chile on 3-9/16 the prescription bi-focal glasses fell underneath seat 3B or 3C, they could not be reached by the flight attendants. On arrival on 3/10/16 in Atlanta,Ga.
we were told a mechanic would come to fid the the glasses, (they are bifocal needed for reading and driving). I filed a lost form, several calls to Delta's Customer service( the only thing they do is refer me to another number (?),nobody makes an effort to help, even thou I give them ALL the reference numbers. I have two complaint forms w/Delta. They are the worst dealing with customers.
Their attitude in the phone is so frustrating. I have not heard from them since 3-17 when they e-mailed me a printed form.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
