Today has totally been ruined by Delta.My father and I were scheduled to land in Springfield, MO.
This meant getting on two seperate flights to make it. First flight went great, awesome. Second flight was CANCELLED. This was due to the PILOT not showing up to do his job.
Great start. My father talked to Delta people to try and fix all of this. I looked at the new ticket and they set us to get on another plane TOMORROW. No, Delta.
We requested today. So again, we talked to another help desk and got it sorted. We board the plane, everything is fine. We land in FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS (NOT SPRINGFIELD).
We also had to rent a car when we landed in Missouri from the Dollar Rent a Car - which we had to change. People there then tried to charge us more since we had to drive three hours to Missouri. Best part is - WE DONT HAVE LUGGAGE. We checked four bags total.
Only ONE has been delivered about 10 minutes ago. The other bags have clothes, presents, MEDICINES my life depends on, and more. The remaining three bags have a total value of upwards of 1,500 dollars.
Delta, f*cking pay up.You owe us BIG.
This reviewer shared experience about "nothing" and wants this business to "i deserve a full refund for my flights, full reimbursement for the extra dollar charged us, that pilot and crew to be fired, price reduction on future delta flight(s), and more. can't wait to see delta get sued" as the author lost $5000.
