They're awful and arrogant and do not care.They aren't going to help you - they want your money that's all.

Booked connecting flights, 1st flight delayed and missed connector. Put us on a flight 5 hours later and still don't know if we have a seat - gave us $100 voucher but who would ride them again? Left for Boston this Morning at 9:30 to go to Jacksonville Florida - it is now 5:45 and we're still in New York. Crazy and so incredibly frustrating.

They do what they want --- other airlines, use them.Don't let delta screw you're too
