My experiences with Delta Airlines have been fine -- some fine, some less than perfect, but I feel in general I feel all airlines have their flaws.I fly frequently, both nationally and internationally, and I feel that an increasing issue is the lack of politeness from travelers to fellow travelers.
People are getting aggrivated, that this snowballs throughout. Travelers are approaching the airport anticipating the worst, anticipating poor experiences -- they react as such. Granted, there are poor experiences, but I feel like reactions in airports are different than if they happened outside of the airport -- a type of road-rage if you will. Could airlines do more to accommodate travelers?
Yes. But travelers could also breathe, relax, and try to be a little more understanding.
In other words, airlines are not out personally to get you.
