Hello, I enjoy the public face of Delta airlines. However, it's nearly impossible to contact an employee on the telephone if necessary to request changes, updates, emergencies, etc.
Just last Friday, I was on hold or waiting for a call back for over three hours. The call came in the middle of the night and woke me up. It's difficult to want to do business with a company that will take your money but will no longer talk to you.
I'm on hold now, going on hours, to work out why I was charged the mileage purchase fee of $59, 15 times for two flights! Does anyone at Delta listen or even care?
