Delta Airlines - Delta Charges Us for Bag We Never Got
Delta re-routed us from Newark to Hartford.Delta kept us on a tarmac for three hours, then cancelled our flight.
We rented a car to drive to our destination since we had a toddler and were not sleeping in the airport. We arrived at our destination and spent four days waiting for our luggage which never got there. We returned home and the next day our bag arrived at our house. Delta offered us 2,500 sky miles after their service cost us an additional 1500.00 in travel costs.
Worst company ever.Look forward to seeing them in court.
