Ordered a ticket via orbitz in April for a July trip and immediately canceled as I had the wrong dates. Called orbitz immediately and they said it would be credited to my amex card. 5 months later, I still have no credit. Amex has a 30 day complaint clause, Delta said I used my second ticket, therefore no credit. Problem is, my 1st canceled ticket was never used and have an email from orbitz that it was canceled. Provided all info to Amex and another 30 days..month after still waiting for a credit. Had all 3 on the phone and all agreed to credit my card. Am still waiting 5 months later. If you use Orbitz for a Delta ticket they will bank your money, as long as possible. It is a cash flow float! Still waiting 9/11/08
