After 4 attempts to try to get credit for travel on Alaska Air a Delta partner as instructed by customer NO service,faxing all info twice,emailing all travel documents along with flt # confirmation # this still is not enough now they want me to produce the boarding passes from a month and a half ago.Is just me or does everyone keep boarding from past trips,i guess the credit card statement for over 4000.00 for flights purchased is not enough,all i asked for was 10K skymiles credited to all 3 accounts,but Delta customer NO service keep making the hoops we have to jump thru a little higher and smaller Thanks Delta

As much as we would like to process your request, we are unable to make
an exception for mileage credit without the complete documentation. When
we received your original correspondence, it only included flight
itinerary. We need a copy of your boarding passes and ticket receipt,
which reflect the class of service paid and flown or ineligible
codeshare flights. We are unable to access our partner's database, to
confirm the information required for mileage posting and to ensure equal
mileage credit for all its passengers. However, for the quick response
resubmit the request along with a copy of the ticket and the boarding
pass as an attachment in a .pdf or .gif format.
