Delta doesn't care to make a long haul international flight a little more comfortable and easier for a passenger with serious medical conditions. Even though window/aisle seats are available - a customer service manager RUDELY REFUSED to put myself and my husband in those seats because they're reserved as "priority seating" for fliers with over 25K miles.

Apparently customers with serious medical conditions don't qualify as "priority". We have flown other airlines who have gone as far as to seat us in the bulkhead rows to make our flying experince more comfortable. Even though these seats are wide open - Delta could care less.

Horrible airline. No regard to care for passengers with special needs.

I'm just curious, what type of serious medical condition would prevent you from sitting in a middle seat?
