Our group of ten arrived at the San Francisco Airport today 06/23/2012 at 12:45 p.m. and we are still here at 7:45 p.m.

Delta Airlines changed our flight time and never notified us. Needless to say, we didn't make our flight because of the change. The "RED COAT, MARITZA CASTILLO treated us so poorly that. it was incredible.

I have never experienced anything like it. This whole mess is Delta's fault yet they offerd no help. How does Martiza Castillo keep her job? She is a terrible human being!

I will never fly Delta again.

By the way, 8 people in our group are under the age of 15. Thanks Delta!
