On July 12, 2017, three Delta flight attendants refused to move back away from the airport train door in Atlanta even with space behind them. It made it difficult to load additional passengers at the next stop.
I tried to point out my concern directly to one of the three and she decided it was better to ignore my request than do the right thing. This violates common courtesy and reflects poorly on Delta, especially when they are in uniform.
Maybe Delta should remind them (again) that they are an extension of your brand image and to act less selfishly. I filled out a complaint form on Delta's website, but I would guess that they get hundreds of those each day.
